Our Corporate team advises clients on all matters related to corporate law handling regularly the most complex and demanding transactions. Financing of Energy Sector Projects
Our professionals have extensive experience in the financing of infrastructure projects, specifically projects in the energy sector, including renewable energy and midstream activities in the oil & gas sector in. The Firm has experience in the structuring, execution and financing of large-scale infrastructure related to oil and gas. Our lawyers have advised developers and investors in the negotiation, management, drafting and review until completion of turnkey contracts, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic plants, as well as agreements related to the financing of such renewable energy parks. Likewise, we have advised our clients in obtaining federal, state or municipal permits for the development of energy projects.
